Project Overview
The third project focused on integrating MBRHE services with the Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) to validate loan repayment obligations for applicants. The integration enabled MBRHE to check if individuals who took loans (through Land Grant, Construction Loan, and other financial services) had any outstanding payment obligations. This step was essential for risk management and ensuring financial accountability for both the organization and the residents it serves.

- Database: Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)
- Cache: Redis for improved data access speed
