I worked at Smartsoft Co. for three years, primarily focusing on product customization for their flagship product, the Correspondence Management System (CMS), which is built on IBM FileNet technology. During my tenure, I provided direct support to numerous clients, customizing and optimizing the system to meet their specific needs.
The Correspondence Management System (CMS) is designed to streamline the management and tracking of business communications, enhancing efficiency and compliance across organizations. I worked with a diverse set of technologies and tools, including Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC, to develop custom features and solutions for clients.
In addition to customization, I provided technical support on IBM products such as IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM DataCap. I also worked extensively with databases like IBM DB2, ORACLE Database, and SQL Server to ensure smooth system integration and performance.

Product Customization: Customized the Correspondence Management System to fit specific client requirements, including adding new features and enhancing system workflows.
